INCIDENTAL Charges. Billed to parents with receipts (wherever possible) e.g., Travel costs while on the run (OMNY fares, cab/ride share costs), Cub snacks etc.

EXTENDED Hours. 6–8 am, 8–10 pm = 1.5x standard rates

LAST-MINUTE Run Requests. Less than 24 hours' notice (including Monday runs requested after Friday 12pm) = 1.5x standard rates

MULTI-CUB Run. 2 Cubs = 1.25x standard rates | 3 Cubs (max) = 1.5x standard rates

CROSS-BOROUGH Surcharge: + $10–$30 (Structured by tiers based on Bear's return commute time to Manhattan)

CHANGE Fee. Less than 24 hours' notice = $15

CANCELLATION Fee. 24 - 12 hours' notice = $20 | Less than 12 hours' notice = Full run charge
