At ShuttleCub, we recognize the daily challenges parents face—juggling packed schedules, navigating logistics, and ensuring children get where they need to be. Having experienced these struggles firsthand, we set out to create the solution every parent deserves.

 

Charleen, a mom of three from New York City’s Upper West Side, understands the demands of busy parenting all too well. Between managing her kids’ schedules and working full time, she often wished for a dependable service to manage ad hoc child transportation needs. Instead, she found herself spending hours searching for and vetting individuals, only to discover that no sustainable, reliable option existed.

 

As Charleen worked on developing a better solution, she reached out to Martine, a fellow Upper West Sider with deep ties to the community. Martine had recently led initiatives at The Estée Lauder Companies focused on supporting women in their careers and family lives. For her, this felt like a natural next step: something local, tangible, and grounded in the everyday realities of working families.

 

That’s how ShuttleCub came to life—a child transportation service built on the principles of safety, reliability, and care. Rooted in the Upper West Side community, ShuttleCub ensures every child’s journey is managed with trust and professionalism, giving parents one less thing to worry about. By taking the stress out of logistics, we help families focus on what truly matters.
