Our Services

We maintain a fleet of highly reliable, trusted “Bears”, as we affectionately call them in the ShuttleCub world.  Our Bears are personable, professional, and empathetic—people you would handpick to care for your own children.  All of our Bears have been background-checked, reference-checked, personally vetted and trained to escort your child(ren), ages 6 and up, on foot, via subway, bus, taxi, or ride share, based on your needs. 

While ShuttleCub focuses on destination-based support, we understand families may need help beyond the Run, like transition supervision or babysitting. If you're considering Bear-led help beyond just transportation, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to explore what’s possible within our platform boundaries.

For now, ShuttleCub is primarily focused on serving families in Manhattan.  This allows us to first foster hyper-local trust and community.   That said, we have started to accommodate select requests from/to the outer boroughs*, based on Bear availability. Submit your run request and we'll do our best to fulfil your run.

• Standard Run: $40 for the first 30 minutes (8am - 8pm). Runs over 30 minutes are billed at $10 per 15-minute increment

• Special Hours: 6–8 am or 8–10 pm → 1.5 x Standard Rate

• Last-Minute Requests: Less than 24 hours' notice  → 1.5 x Standard Rate

• Multi-Cub Run: 

  • 2 Cubs = 1.5 x Standard Rate

  • 3 Cubs (max) = 2 x Standard Rate

* Family discount available for siblings on a multi-cub run

• Recurring Run Subscription: Monthly subscription depending on run frequency per week, guarantees run fulfilment and dedicated Primary Bear & Backup coverage for each run, plus priority scheduling during peak hours

  • 1 run/week = $20/month​

  • 2 runs/week = $40/month...

• Cross-Borough Runs: $10–$30 surcharge, structured by tiers based on Bear's return commute time to Manhattan*

• Optional Add-ons: Pre-approved budgets for snacks, taxis, or car services will be added to invoice with receipts
