What We Offer
We maintain a fleet of highly reliable, trusted “Bears”, as we affectionately call them in the ShuttleCub world. Our Bears are personable, professional, and empathetic—people you would handpick to care for your own children. All of our Bears have been background-checked, personally vetted and trained to escort your child(ren) on foot, via subway, bus, taxi or car service, based on your needs. We specialize in shuttling school-aged children, ages 6 and up, ensuring they reach their destinations safely, happily, and on time.

Where We Operate
For now, ShuttleCub is primarily focused on serving families in Manhattan, where our dedicated Bears provide reliable transportation for those living, working, or whose children attend school in the area. This allows us to foster hyper-local trust and community first. That said, depending on Bear availability, we may occasionally extend service to the outer boroughs to accommodate specific requests.

Service Schedule
Our Bears are ready to provide safe and reliable transportation for your children every weekday during our regular hours, from 8 am to 8 pm. Need an early start or a late run? We’ve got you covered! Our special extended hours—6 to 8 am and 8 to 10 pm—ensure maximum flexibility for families. Plus, we’re here on weekends, making it even easier to keep up with activities and outings. Whatever your needs, ShuttleCub is here to support your family’s busy schedule.

Our Rates

Standard Run: $40 per hour during our regular hours (8am - 8pm), with a one-hour minimum. Runs extending beyond an hour are billed in 15-minute increments.

Special Hours: $60 per hour during 6–8 AM and 8–10 PM.

Last-Minute Requests: Runs requested with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at $60 per hour.

Multi-Cub Run: Runs with more than 1 child per Bear will be charged as follows: 2 children $60 per hour; 3 children (max) $80 per hour

Additional: Optional budgets for snacks, taxis, or car services can be pre-approved by parents and will be added to your invoice with receipts uploaded for full transparency.
